The Yale PBS1 and 2 high security night latch rim lock is operated by a key from the outside and a key and lever from the inside. The latchbolt automatically locks the door on closing. The Yale PBS1 and 2 high security night latch rim lock comes with a 6 pin high security cylinder conforming to BS3621-2004. The insurance aproved rim lock come in 2 backset sizes a 60mm (PBS1) and a 40mm(PBS2). Please note that if you change the cylinder(barrel) on the lock then this will invalidate the insurance(BS3621).
