Definitions
A: The Buyer is the person who has agreed to purchase the goods from the seller
B: The seller is Lockstation who are a trading name of Ezlok Limited
C: The terms & conditions are the terms set out in this document which is agreed by the seller.
Basis of the contract
A: Our terms and conditions comply with the sale of goods act 1979.
B: The seller’s acceptance of the order by delivering the goods is a legally binding contract between both parties.
C: Orders placed on our website by the buyer are subject to our terms and conditions and acceptance of the seller by the delivery of goods which then becomes a binding contract. Processing the order and payment and acknowledging the order is not a legal acceptance of the order.
Pricing and payments
A: The prices of goods and services are displayed on our website at the time the order is placed.
B: On some occasions the price may change or their may be a pricing error, the seller is under no obligation to honour the price, we will notify the buyer of the correct price.
From time to time we may have special prices listed on our website, if the seller fails to use a coupon code then once the goods are delivered we will be unable to refund the difference.
C: Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT unless you have chosen to display prices ex vat.
D: We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as paypal. Lockstation use SSL security encrypted protocols for all transactions processed.
Delivery
A: Lockstation will deliver the goods in accordance with the order, a authorised signature will be required upon delivery depending on the delivery option selected by the customer.
B: Delivery prices may vary on the type of delivery selected, including international, or a special UK delivery. Our delivery charges will be clearly displayed on our website before placing an order.
C: Deliveries may be delayed during busy periods and bank holidays which are out of our control, Lockstation will not be obliged to pay compensation due to late or lost deliveries.
D: If you are unable to accept the delivery of your goods then you will be left a calling card to re-arrange your delivery. Should you fail to do so, and the goods are returned to us then you may be charged a re-delivery cost. Please make sure that the correct address is provided at the time of order as Lockstation can not be held responsible for lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Availability
A: While we aim to make sure that stock is available, however from time to time there may be a stock error on our system. In such circumstances the customer will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to either wait for the goods, have a full refund or be offered an alternative product.
Returns / Refunds
A: The buyer may return unwanted, faulty or damaged goods to us within 14 days providing the goods are in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, items that are a special order will be NON returnable, this includes items with additional keys, items that have been made to order or specifically ordered in. Gaskets and weather seals are cut to size so will not be returnable. Gege Pextra cylinders are built from components parts and are NON returnable. Any item purchased in a Visi pack will be non-returnable once opened. Borg, Briton, Kaba, Codelocks and; Lockey products will be offered a repair and not a replacement, if the lock cannot be repaired then the manufacturer will offer a replacement.
B: In the unlikely event the goods received arrived incomplete or damaged the buyer must notify us within 14 days and goods must be received back within 14 days of confirmation of the return being accepted.
C: On cancellation for whatever reason the buyer must return the goods at their cost, unless the goods are faulty then we will arrange the collection or refund for postage.
D: Additional keys and keys to code that have been cut for the customer will not be refunded, refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Please email [email protected] and we will arrange your return for you.
E: Due to the sensitive use of PPE and guidelines all PPE items are (NON-returnable)
Special orders
A: Special order include items that have been ordered in specifically for the customer, keyed alike and master keyed items or any other items that have been made to order. Keyed alike locks will normally come with 1 set of keys only for the whole suite. Special orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Copyright
A: Diagrams, photographs and website design are considered the property of Lockstation. The use of such material for reproduction is strictly prohibited without written permission. Some images including colours may not be exact and vary.
Call recordings
A: Calls may be recorded for security and training purposes.
